Terms & Conditions

At LuxTint, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, professional window tinting services. Please review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Power Supply

In order for us to complete the job we will need access to electrical power in the form of a plug socket. We will bring our own extension leads, but please note that maximum distance from plug to car must not be more than 70 meters.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Due to potential traffic delays or extended job times, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to the schedule.

3. Pre-Existing Tint Film Removal

We cannot take responsibility for any damage to defrost lines, antennas, or heated elements when removing tint film installed by a third party. Since we are not aware of the materials or methods used during previous installations, we advise caution and transparency regarding any prior work.

4. Weather Conditions

In the event of extreme weather such as high winds, heavy rain or snow, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of our work. While this is rare, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange a new appointment at your convenience.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We require at least 2 full working days' notice for cancellations in order to qualify for a refund of any deposit paid.

6. Additional Costs

Any additional services, such as the removal of pre-existing tint film or extra cleaning works, will incur extra costs, which we will discuss with you prior to starting the job.

7. Tinting laws

If you require tinting for the front driver or passenger windows, please let us know. Keep in mind, there are legal restrictions on the level of tint for these windows. Windscreens must allow at least 75% light transmission, and front side windows must allow at least 70%. Unfortunately we cannot offer tinting services for windscreens.
